Important Update

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we have decided to temporarily close our Southen-on-Sea school and move to online classes only. We offer these online classes through the Volna Online Russian School.

Volna is a brand new Online Russian School in the UK, opening on 7th September 2020.

  • The class groups, lesson plans and curriculum are exactly the same as Pushkin's School

  • There will be two 1-hour lessons per week (one after school during the week and one at the weekend)

  • All learning materials will be posted to you

  • Lessons cost £10 per hour

  • First two lessons are free!

Lesson Plan and Class Groups

Pushkin's School has many classes for all levels of Russian language knowledge. Each class group has its own textbooks, workbooks, curriculum and learning outcomes.

New pupils will have the chance to attend different classes to see which class group they are most comfortable in. Based on reading, writing, speaking and listening ability, our teachers will decide the best class to join within the first three weeks of attendance.
